Rosie a nearly 10 year local was born and raised in England where she learned the height of service in London’s West and bistros, and, later, ski resorts in the Austrian and Swiss Alps. She also studied hospitality in the UK. (University details and course name available upon request.)
Jens Dressler {executive chef}
Jens' German and South African heritage heavily influences his culinary skills. After growing up in South Africa, Jens migrated to the bistro kitchens of Germany and England. This was followed by a stint in the Cruise industry, cooking aboard a variety of exclusive cruise ships. He has also spent time cooking in the Bay Area and Seattle. In Seattle he was Chef and Owner of the trendsetting Field to Feast Cafe and Catering, catering exclusive events from 2 to 1000 people.
Jens has been in Lake Tahoe since 2002 and has worked at the Blue Angel since 2006 as Executive Chef, where his current philosophy is to create innovative foods from around the world.

Ali was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. She graduated in a Business Tourism Degree which led to her talent and love for organizing a variety of events. From creating world travel packages and ski travel trips to simply organizing family & friends events Ali has a special talent for making each
event special and unique to each individual.
After planning her own destination wedding in Australia from overseas she found her true talent. Ali has called Lake Tahoe her home since 2002 and she believes that Tahoe is one of the most magical locations to be married or for you special event. Ali realizes how important it is to provide people with the trust, professionalism and attention to detail for one of the most
important days of your life.
